Welcome to Wristonic. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products and Descriptions

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Minor differences in appearance or colour may occur because of photography, lighting, or screen settings.

2. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be handled according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase and applicable law.

3. Order Confirmation and Advance Payment

A Rs 279 advance payment is required to confirm an order. The remaining amount is payable through Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

Orders are subject to confirmation and successful completion of the required advance payment process.

4. Shipping

Standard delivery is FREE on every order. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All return and exchange requests are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Website Use

Customers must provide accurate information and must not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities.

7. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer regarding the next steps.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wristonic will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
